Harvest at the Square

Despite the title of this article,  Ablaze Alexa and I attended Harvest at the Square. Despite the pot banging from some faux anarchist/activist, the event was still wonderful. Yes, perhaps I do sound like some superficial elitist, but the moment that you walked on to that red carpet and have your picture taken, you are no longer at Union Square. The food and wine were both plentiful, music was great, and I saw Sarah Jessica Parker, surely this is all worth the money?

If the pot bangers had a chance to be cordially invited to the event, would they still bang their stupid pots? As much as one (this “one” could be the “one” of your friends) despises the upper class, perhaps the attitude didn’t originate from their ideals, but the unfamiliarity with the group?

I do hope such nonsense protest will stop when next year rolls around, because I surely will be attending (but probably volunteering to save my money)
